My Story
I'm an artist and designer specializing in whimsical, colorful landscapes and abstract paintings. With over a decade of experience in the creative fields, I'm equally at home with a paintbrush as I am developing a design concept.
I earned by Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from the University of Richmond in 2009, followed by a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from SCAD in 2011.
After becoming a mom, I stepped away from my career as a graphic designer and art director, but quickly realized I still needed a creative outlet.
My work is heavily influenced by my time living in Crozet, VA, where I spent my days surrounded by the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains. This inspiration is reflected in my vibrant, playful landscapes, which offer a fresh and lighthearted take on nature and life.
When I'm not painting, you can find me in the carpool line, at the gym, or walking my best buddy (my dog, Becca!). My work has found its way into local shops and homes up and down the East Coast, and I'm always looking for new ways to add a little more color to the world.
